We are currently experiencing a hardware-level issue with Ash-01, which is causing the server and hosted VPS services to be unavailable.

Our upstream/datacenter provider has been contacted and we are currently awaiting their response and further investigation.

At this time, we do not have an exact ETA for resolution. We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information.

We are currently experiencing a network connectivity issue affecting our Las Vegas location. BGP routes are intermittently dropping and recovering, which may cause connectivity disruptions for services hosted in this location.

Our upstream network providers are aware of the issue, and technicians have been dispatched to the facility to investigate and resolve the problem.

Estimated Resolution: Our upstream provider currently expects the issue to be resolved within approximately an hour. This is an estimated timeframe and may change depending on the ongoing investigation.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently performing emergency maintenance to deploy security patches for the recently disclosed Januscape (CVE-2026-53359) Linux kernel vulnerability affecting virtualization platforms.

During this maintenance, some VPS nodes may experience a brief reboot and temporary service interruption.
