If your service with us has been suspended due to abuse/term of service violation , there would be $10-$50 penalty fee/service re-activation fee .

You also need to provide us statement , how you are going to prevent abuse from happening in future .

Please open ticket to get your service reactivated.

Note : In some cases (example : IP Blacklist), we have right to deny un-suspension/service reactivation .
