If your VPS service with us has been suspended due to abuse or a violation of our Terms of Service, a penalty and service reactivation fee ranging from $25 to $100 will be applied before any restoration can proceed.

An abuse fee invoice will be issued and must be paid in full before any review or reactivation request will be processed. To pay your invoice click here to pay

In addition, you are required to provide a clear and detailed statement outlining the cause of the incident and the specific measures you will implement to prevent such abuse or violations from occurring again in the future.

Important Notice:
In certain situations - such as cases involving IP blacklisting or severe policy violations - we reserve the full right to deny requests for unsuspension or service reactivation at our sole discretion.
