Our upstream provider is currently exploring hardware replacement options for the LA-14 server. Unfortunately, the next update or resolution is likely to be delayed until tomorrow.

Update – October 11, 2026, 3:52 PM:

Our upstream provider's onsite technicians are moving the server components to a workbench for further hands-on testing. They will inspect and test the available components to identify the faulty hardware and attempt to get the server working again.

The investigation is ongoing, and there is no confirmed ETA for resolution at this time. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

October 10, 2026, 1:10am : 

We are currently experiencing a critical hardware issue with our LA-14 node in Los Angeles. Our upstream provider's onsite technicians are actively troubleshooting the issue.

Initial diagnostics indicate that the server fails to complete POST when more than one CPU is installed. Even with a single CPU installed, the NVMe drives are no longer being detected. The underlying cause has not yet been identified, and onsite technicians are continuing their investigation.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
