By using any Host4Fun products or services, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”, “Customer”, or “Subscriber”) agree to comply with all policies, rules, and guidelines set forth herein.

Host4Fun reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

General Use

• All content on this website is provided for general information and use only and is subject to change without notice.

• We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of any information or materials provided.

• Your use of any information or materials is entirely at your own risk.

• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from declined transactions due to card limits or authorization failures.

Service Deployment & Availability

Activation Time :

• Web Hosting: Instant

• VPS: Up to 24 hours (typically 2–4 hours)

• Dedicated Server: 24–48 hours (typically under 10 hours)

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Best effort
Uptime: 99%

Data Backup
Host4Fun does not provide automatic data backup by default. Backup services are available as a paid add-on and are performed manually. Once a VPS or web hosting service is terminated, data recovery is not possible. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:

• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
• Port scanning
• IP scanning tools or services
• Bruteforce programs, scripts, or applications
• TOR services
• Abusive IRCD (IRC servers)
• IRC scripts or bots
• Illegal downloads or piracy
• Pirated software / warez
• Nulled scripts
• Forums or websites distributing or linking to pirated/illegal content
• Copyrighted content without authorization
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Spam-related services, mail bombers, or mass emailing
• Mailer Pro or similar bulk mailing software
• Any email services (Port 25 is blocked by default)
• Disk I/O abuse
• Excessive system load (OpenVZ load over 3)
• CPU abuse (exceeding allocated limits)
• Memory or network abuse
• Torrent usage
• Escrow services without proper authorization
• High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites
• Investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid schemes, Linden Exchange, etc.)
• Prime bank programs
• Bank debentures or debenture trading programs
• Lottery or gambling-related sites
• Sale of controlled substances without valid permits
• Hacker-focused sites, archives, or programs
• Fraudulent or deceptive sites
• Sites promoting or facilitating illegal activities
• Broadcasting or streaming copyrighted live sporting events without rights (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)

Disk I/O & Resource :

• Disk I/O is limited based on VPS Package .

• All VPS comes with Shared CPU Core/Fair Share. You are not allowed to use 100% of CPU 247.

Content Restrictions

• Child pornography is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

• Phishing, scam, or shock content is forbidden.

• You may not host copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Network Routing and Connectivity

Network connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific network routes, latency, throughput, or performance to any geographic location or international destination. Routing paths are determined by our upstream carriers, peering partners, and overall Internet conditions, which are outside of our direct control.

In addition, optimal or direct routing between the Client’s local Internet Service Provider (ISP) and our network is not guaranteed. Performance between a Client’s location and our services may be affected by the Client’s ISP, intermediary networks, regional congestion, or government-imposed restrictions, and such conditions shall not be considered a service fault or outage.

Bandwidth Policy

• If your allocated bandwidth is exhausted, it resets at the end of the billing cycle. Additional bandwidth may be purchased.

VPS & OS Policies

• Custom ISO is allowed for VPS plans above 1GB RAM (not available during special promotions).

• Windows Server is provided with a 180-day evaluation license only.

• Services are unmanaged; you are responsible for system administration.

• We do not provide system administration, security hardening, or software support. (Unmanaged Service)

IP Address & Network Accessibility Policy

• IP addresses are not changed or swapped free of charge.
• Each VPS retains its assigned IP address for the duration of the billing term unless otherwise determined by Host4Fun.
• rDNS is not available for VPS products.
• Additional IP addresses are not available for VPS products.
• IP address changes may be available upon request for a one-time fee of $7, subject to availability and approval.
• We do not guarantee “fresh,” reputation-clean, or whitelisted IP addresses.
• Host4Fun does not guarantee IP geolocation accuracy. Geolocation information is provided by third-party databases and services (including but not limited to Google, MaxMind, IPinfo, and DB-IP) and may be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent.
• Differences in geolocation results do not indicate an incorrect server location and are not valid grounds for refunds, disputes, cancellations, or free IP changes.
• Server location should be verified using network-based methods such as traceroute, latency testing, and routing analysis, rather than third-party geolocation tools.
• All IP addresses assigned to VPS products are standard datacenter-class IP addresses allocated from hosting provider network ranges. These IPs may be identified by third-party services as datacenter, hosting, proxy, VPN,, or commercial infrastructure addresses. Host4Fun does not guarantee residential, consumer-grade, reputation-clean, unflagged, or unrestricted IP addresses. Third-party classification, filtering, reputation scoring, or access restrictions do not constitute a service defect and are not valid grounds for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or free IP replacement.
• Host4Fun does not guarantee that VPS IP addresses or network routes will be accessible from all countries, regions, networks, ISPs, or government-controlled environments.
• Certain countries, ISPs, organizations, or government authorities may restrict, filter, throttle, or block access to specific IP ranges, autonomous systems (ASNs), data center providers, or hosting services. Such restrictions are outside Host4Fun’s control.
• Accessibility restrictions, government censorship, regional filtering, or ISP-level blocking do not constitute service failure and are not valid grounds for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, free IP replacements, or forced relocation of VPS services.
• Host4Fun is not obligated to replace IP addresses, change server locations, or reroute services due to third-party network restrictions or government-imposed blocking.

IP Reputation & Third-Party Scoring Services

Host4Fun does not guarantee any specific reputation score, trust score, fraud score, abuse score, risk score, blacklist status, or classification assigned by third-party services, including but not limited to Scamalytics, IPQualityScore (IPQS), AbuseIPDB, Cisco Talos, Spamhaus, Barracuda, Proofpoint, CleanTalk, Project Honeypot, and similar databases.

IP reputation data is generated independently by third parties using proprietary methodologies and may be inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, subjective, or influenced by historical activity unrelated to the current customer.

A high-risk, medium-risk, suspicious, proxy, VPN, hosting, datacenter, commercial, anonymous, or otherwise unfavorable classification by any third-party service does not indicate a defect in the VPS, server, network, or IP address.

Third-party reputation scores, classifications, blacklists, filtering decisions, fraud-prevention systems, access restrictions, account limitations, CAPTCHAs, verification requirements, or service denials are outside Host4Fun's control and do not constitute grounds for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, free IP changes, free server replacements, service credits, or contract termination.

Requests for IP replacement based solely on third-party reputation scores or classifications may be declined at Host4Fun's sole discretion.

Datacenter IP Address Acknowledgement

By using our services, the customer acknowledges that all VPS products utilize datacenter-class IP addresses allocated from hosting provider networks. Datacenter IP addresses are commonly identified by websites, applications, fraud-prevention systems, streaming providers, financial institutions, search engines, and reputation services as hosting, proxy, VPN, commercial, cloud, or non-residential infrastructure.

Host4Fun does not guarantee compatibility with services that restrict or discriminate against datacenter IP addresses and is not responsible for any resulting limitations, blocks, verification requirements, or reduced trust scores imposed by third parties.

Billing & Payments

• Chargebacks or disputes result in immediate suspension.

• If not resolved within 24 hours, services are terminated without refund.

• We may provide transaction details to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.

• VPS location change: $5 (one-time)

• VPS migration with data: $10 (one-time)

• Reactivation after abuse: $15–$50+

Affiliate Program Terms

To participate in the Host4Fun Affiliate Program:

• You must operate an active website.

• Referrals are credited when a visitor clicks your affiliate link and completes a sign-up.

• Coupon or deal-sharing websites are not permitted.

• You may not use your own affiliate link for personal use.

• Black-hat SEO, spam, or unethical promotion methods are prohibited.

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Host4Fun.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Refund Policy

• PayPal and all transaction fees are non-refundable.

• Any approved refund is subject to 25%–30% deployment/payment fees in addition to non-refundable transaction charges.

• We offer a 24-hour refund window only for Shared Web Hosting and VPS with a valid reason.

• Customers may request and receive a refund only once. After a refund has been processed for a customer account, all future orders from that account or related accounts will be considered final and non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

• Dedicated Servers

• VPS Reseller Packages

• Licenses and IP setup fees

• Bulk VPS orders

• Promotional / Discounted VPS

• Funds added to your Host4Fun account

• “Special Offer” category orders

• Annual Payment

• Payments made via Cryptocurrencies

• Payments made through local or regional gateways, including :
  bKash, Paytm, Airtel Money, Bank Transfer, GCash, DragonPay, Globe GCash, QIWI, Alipay, WebMoney

Additional conditions:

• Refunds are not granted if support has already been provided (via tickets, live chat, or email).

• If you are unable to connect due to local ISP restrictions, firewalls (e.g., GFW), or regional network limitations, you are not eligible for a refund.

• Discrepancies in IP geolocation do not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

• Each customer account is eligible for a maximum of one (1) refund. Any subsequent purchases made under the same account will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

• If you are dissatisfied with our services, you are free to seek another provider.

Access to Third-Party Websites : 
We do not guarantee access to any third-party websites and are not responsible for any inability to access such sites.

Accuracy of Third-Party Location Information : 
Location information provided by third-party services may be inaccurate, and we are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies.

Accidental or Mistaken Orders : 
Users are responsible for reviewing their orders before confirmation. We are not liable for orders placed by mistake.

All refunds, if applicable, are processed at our sole discretion and in accordance with the above terms.

SLA Credit

If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed service level, you may request service credits in accordance with the schedule below:

Service credits are not applied automatically. To be eligible, a request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the reported downtime.

Manual Verification

Accounts subject to manual verification must provide requested documents. Failure to do so will result in termination and may incur service charges.

DMCA & Copyright

Upon receipt of any DMCA or copyright complaint, it will be forwarded to you. You must immediately remove the infringing content or your service will be terminated.

Support

Support is not available 24/7. Tickets are typically answered within one working day (usually within 1–4 hours).

Breach of Terms

If you violate these Terms of Service, Host4Fun may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking access, contacting your ISP, or initiating legal proceedings.
